Dr. Gulinson founded the Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center now relocated to Peoria, Arizona in 2008. He is board certified women's healthcare expert and has been in practice since 1999 in the valley of the sun. Dr. Gulinson trained prestigious university education settings in Denver, Colorado and San Antonio Health Sciences Center.

My wife Amber, now referred to as “I”, went into this establishment less than two weeks ago and got my first lip filler with juvederm and had a horrible experience. Angelica, whom was my injector, had charged $700.00 to do a full set of lips, to make them look fuller. One side of the lip was more swollen than should be normal. Once all the swelling and bruising went away, my lips did not look any different, the only thing that I have left are some big lumps and bumps across my top lip, and come to find out that she did not even touch my bottom lip. I recommend nobody come to this establishment

Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Gulinson! Biote has been AMAZING! For several months I was not feeling myself. I wasn't depressed but I felt depressed. All the employees are really really nice and the doctor too he is really good, he knows what he is doing and he worries about how you are feeling during the procedure of smartlipo... I love my results, he did my abdomen and the sides. I lost like 2 dress sizes and I have to wait more time to see the final result. so my smartlipo was a success and I really recomend millenium laser and my doctor Scott Gulinson he is the best.... 👌👌👌🤗🤗🤗
