The Primary Care and Hope Clinic serves as a medical home for uninsured and underserved patients in Middle Tennessee, regardless of their ability to pay. Through the consistent delivery of preventative, acute, chronic and behavioral health services, the clinic ensures that patients receive the care they need to get healthy and stay healthy.
The Primary Care and Hope Clinic is staffed by physicians, certified nurse practitioners, behavioral health consultants, and a registered dietitian. The main campus of the Primary Care and Hope Clinic is located at 1453 Hope Way in Murfreesboro. It features 33 exam rooms, four treatment rooms, an education classroom and a behavioral health suite.

The Primary Care & Hope Clinic provides healthcare for all ages. Our medical services include adult and pediatric health, immunizations, chronic illness management such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol, and healthcare for minor injuries. We use an integrated behavioral health model that teams behavioral health providers with your medical provider.
The mission of the Primary Care and Hope Clinic is to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve by providing excellent and compassionate care, accessible to all. Statistics show that uninsured patients often fail to obtain preventative health care, as well as primary care for routine illnesses, because they have no consistent point of health care access.
Looking for a friendly, customer-service oriented individual to provide excellent service to our patients and further the mission of the Primary Care & Hope Clinic. Assist in Call Center by answering telephone, screens calls, provides information to patients and other callers as directed. Maintain a strong customer focus while working collaboratively within the teams multiple demands and patient needs.

I have had several medical providers here and they were all excellent or at least decent but they all left within a couple appointments and for the those that were there for long enough to tell why they said they left they said they were overwhelmed. This clinic needs to figure out how to keep their medical staff before you should ever consider going here for anything but one visit

I've had two family members attempt to get long term care for chronic medical conditions and they have received the runaround on appointments and medications. Both have been made to feel like they are at fault for both their medical and insurance situations, and like they are a burden in attempting to get care. If you have no other option and lots of time, you will eventually get a level of care, but I wouldn't expect any level of compassion. Definitely would recommend looking elsewhere.

I have had such a lovely experience with the Hope Clinic. Everyone from the front office workers to the providers has been courteous, caring, and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences. The front office staff has been helpful with scheduling me in a timely fashion. My provider changed and I needed a refill of my daily medication and the front office ladies worked so hard to find me the quickest appointment time. Then they talked with my new provider to make sure I had enough medication to get me to that appointment. They are always cheerful and ready to help in any way they can
