We offer a 28 bed home for the aged that is licensed by the TN Department of Health. We are located in the city of Maryville and Blount County. We have 14 rooms that can be private or shared rooms. Our facility is more homelike than many larger institutions and we are able to place emphasis on the personal care of our residents due to our smaller size.
We are able to develop close relationships with our resident and their loved ones and we always desire as much family visitation as possible. Since we are locally owned and operated, we are able to respond quickly to any concerns that our residents or their loved ones may have. Services
We do not charge levels of care charges. We simply care for the resident more as their needs increase. That eliminates the uncertainty of rate changes for a family's budget. We also only have an annual cost of living adjustment every January. Our current rates are $2400 per month for a shared room and $3400 per month for a private room.
Our Care Team is composed of many integral members: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Cooks and Caregivers. All staff must complete an application for employment and credentialed applicants must provide a resume or curriculum vita in addition to an application for employment.
