Phil, the proprietor of Pearl Cellular is very good at what he does. I have brought my cellphone there on a number of occasions. Phil always diagnosis the issue right away, uses top quality parts to fix the issue and his prices are very reasonable. I do not live near Johnston, RI but, I do and always will bring my phone there for repair.

Friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my son's phone in a few hours! Also sold us this great phone cover that has special liquid glass screen protector, I believe that's what it's called. For the price of it, u also get 1year of insurance incase your screen cracks again after u register online which is quick n easy.

I have had Phil worked on my MACBOOK AIR 2 times and each time, he was proficient and professional. The first time I dropped it off, it was just a simple glitch so he just charged the normal fee. I had a problem with it again a few weeks later with it. Phil carried over the $25.00 that I had already paid and fixed the water damage that had happened with in a couple days. He does have a warranty, but hopefully I will not need to use it. Awesome business service! Highly recommend, Thank You Phil!

I cracked the screen on my cellphone, so I called Pearl Cellular and one other place for a quote to replace it. Pearl Cellular was significantly less money. I went to talk to the owner, Phill, and was impressed with his knowledge and straight forwardness. He gave a solid price, date for repair, and time for the repair to made. I dropped off my phone a few days later and everything went exactly as he had promised. The phone is "new" again! I recommend Pearl Cellular to anyone needing repairs or to purchase a good used electronic device.

My husband was really happy with the service and repair job of his phone and told me to go there when my phone's volume had some serious issues . I literally showed up this morning at the store and my phone was fixed in 1/2 hours time. Phil was so helpful and so reasonable . I was so happy that it didn't cost me anywhere close to what I thought it would . We now have our own " phone doctor " . Highly recommend.

Phil is the best! I keep on breaking my phone and he fixes them, no matter how bad it is cracked. Now I upgraded to a Snapdragon 8 core Motorola but was fearful of the change, all the work involved and me ruining the thing.
So, Phil and his team did it all, so much so, he got all my programs moved from my S5 to a Moto X4! Amazing. He charged me so little I wanted to pay him more, he vastly under prices his services. He has never made a mistake with us. I am now thinking of bringing my computers, TV's, and all electronic devices to him.

Pearl wireless is the best place in Rhode Island for cellphone repair.They unlocked one of my brother in laws old Samsung galaxy phones which I received as a gift:He had T-Mobile,I have AT&T.They gave me upfront pricing and didn't play games,unlike the businesses in Central Falls,Pawtucket,Providence and Emerald Mall.On an old I phone that I bought from New York,I had a hard time charging it;Phil the owner troubleshooted it,and said that the charger was no good,battery was fine,modest cost.They are the only place that I will go to for cellpnhone repair and advice.

I had the glass repaired on my I-phone 6 and while the staff was friendly and the repair took less than an hour the new screen messed up my phone. The screen no longer shut off when you were talking on it which caused the battery to die much faster. I don't know if the new screen was too high and blocked the sensor or what but, it was working perfectly fine prior to getting the screen replaced. If you don't care that your phone may break this place is great. Otherwise, spend the extra money and take your phone to apple that way if anything goes wrong they will replace it !

Had my iPhone 5s glass replaced and two days later the glass "lifted" off the phone. Called the owner (I think he was the owner) and explained the situation. Awesome response, went back in and he delivered. Things happen and no one can really "guarantee" parts but what he did guarantee was his professionalism and service. Thanks!!!
