I brought my IPhone 7 Plus here to fix my port. I got my phone back the same day and wouldn’t turn on. I brought it back and had to wait an extra two days. After the two days, they told me they sent it to New York and had to wait 3 weeks. After the three weeks, I finally got my phone back and the port worked however on the screen there was a black spot, my back camera would shake and it was impossible to take a picture.

Thought my phone was badly damaged as it had stopped charging and was always hot.
Came to cellular-medic and after a careful assessment of my phone, I was told that nothing was wrong with the phone except that it had merely gathered dust inside the charging port. The issue was quickly fixed and I didn’t have to pay a dime!!!

Cellular-Medic was easy to find/reach through the phone and we were able to get the iPhone screen fixed up in 30 minutes and I even got a new Otterbox case at a great value price altogether (compared to other inquiries in the Providence area). The staff were very professional and kept me in the loop on their progress.
I would come back again and I'd also recommend this place to everybody.

went to get my screen fixed and they did it. To bad they used a cheap screen. my phone feel from my chair to the floor not even 3 inches. The replacement screen they gave me broke and the lcd stopped working all over. I am very dissatisfied with my service and will not be coming back or sending anyone I know here

These guys are fabulous. My wife's phone died on a Friday night when she had an important business function on Saturday night that would require her phone. We went in to Cellular-Medic first thing Saturday morning and they took a look, diagnosed it, and put my wife at ease. They told us it would be finished by 3 PM and for a rebuild like they did, the price was great. They even had the good sense to let us know they could replace the battery for very little money while they were in there anyway. So we went back at 3 PM and true to their word, the phone was fixed and they even gave her a new case

This place is amazing! I found this shop after I cracked my iPhone 8 Plus last night. The repairman was super friendly and fixed my phone in 15 minutes at a such reasonable price. He even fixed my broken home button at no extra charge. Screen looks like it’s brand new. I 100% recommend this place if you need a screen repair!

Good price and customer-focused service with a smile. A tech place run by a nice and knowledgeable guy, like a neighborhood place where you feel good going there to support the business and he cares about figuring out whatever's wrong with your phone. Fast turnaround while you wait. He had a couple other customers at the same time and was taking care of all of us fast, at the same time... have to admire that skill!

Let me just say, it has taken me many months to write this review but I just had to warn others. The first time I had my screen repaired here it was wonderful. Quick, efficient and less than $150. I went home and thought everything was cool.
Until....My screen cracked literally while I was sleeping. I was blaming it on the fact that I must have bumped it against my nightstand but I would have known I did that, so I think it must have been installed improperly to begin with. But regardless, I needed it replaced again so I brought it down and this time, things went south very quickly.

This guy's a rockstar. So nice, so down to earth, perfectly reasonable pricing, with the added bonus of great customer service and super-fast repair time. Plus a warranty on his work. Walked in at 5:30 last night with a horrendously smashed iPhone6 screen, walked out 20 minutes later with a perfect repair, which he completed right in front of me, while we chatted about life in the city. Called today for a Ipad Mini screen replacement. They were $125 cheaper than Apple and had it ready within a few hours. I also ordered a $5 screen protector. They waited for me to come in to lay the protector down and when it became apparent that the protector was defective (it was leaving plastic particles of dust on the screen), he upgraded me to a much nicer and more rugged ($30) screen protector at no additional cost to myself. Highly recommended!

But they can't even fix a defective usb charger port/ socket/ jack, whatever you need to call them.
This is an extremely common problem that crops up continuously for smartphone users (especially those with mini USB charging) and it's a more than relevant repair issue.
They told me they lost their soldering tech, and that this is why they no longer do that kind of repair. I walked away from this place feeling like they would never be able to hire a new soldering tech in the future..... EVER.

$150.00 is what I had to pay Sprint for a cracked phone.(I already paid $150.00 six months ago when I dropped my phone).
$240.00 is what it would cost to purchase the same phone Galaxy 3 out right.

In the midst of moving today I killed the already replaced once screen on my phone. Total darkness, not good. Verizon gave me the run around so i would have been phone less until after the holiday if I invoked my phone's insurance plan.
What to do. I googled to try and see if the screen was legit dead, irreplaceable, scrap the damn iPhone, and results seemed to say it wasn't. It was getting close to the bewitching hour (4pm) and I was scared that I still was not going to be able to get a store to take my phone and replace the screen. Yelp

I would rather go to a different place or even consider going to Apple for the screen repair. (My iphone screen was cracked in a corner not involving the touchscreen). I paid around 85 bucks for repair but the new screen does not work properly, I have to touch corner alphabets multiple times to type. Now I feel bad because even after spending descent amount of money, my iphone4S is not the same. One thing which amuses me is when the guy finished the repair, I asked for my broken screen and he refused to give it to me. He said that he has to send it back. Send it back? where? apple? or to another
