Extremely disappointed! Very poor business ethic.
Scheduled my job. Has to make several arrangements to be here. Took off work, moved cars, etc. called at the time they were suppose to arrive to reschedule.
To not call the night before is just so inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Every once and awhile you come across a business where the owners and workers really, genuinely care about their customers. Preston's Landscape Service just completed a renovation of our home landscape. It was a large project that took several days to complete -- converting mulched beds to landscape stone, adding new beds, creating a dry river bed for drainage, planting trees and shrubs, etc. etc. For such a large project, we felt that the price was reasonable. Aaron and his crew are very hard working and diligent. It was nice to know that the owner of the company was on the job overseeing the crew. Kudos to TJ and Carl. We contacted Preston's to have some trees in our backyard removed. Aaron promptly came out and gave us an estimate and shortly thereafter they came out to do the job. They were very professional and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company with prices that are competitive and a very hard-working and efficient crew.
