I have used several of the chain glasses places and have always been disappointed. Basic customer service mistakes. Tried Eyeopeners and had great service. Always call for an appointment so they give you dedicated attention. Turn around time for new lenses is acceptable. Ask for their free warranty on scratched lenses.

After visiting 3 other optical studios Eye Openers is clearly a cut above the rest. I went to Eye Openers today for the first time. I had been purchasing glasses at another store, but during my last visit at that other location, the employee assisting me told me all of the glasses I chose were bad choices for my face, including the pair I walked in with which I had purchased there a year earlier. He also made no suggestions. The comparison is day and night.

I would like to say first and foremost, that the gentleman that assisted me attempted to be very helpful during my visit.
