The absolute WORST agency I have ever known of! They do not cover call offs and would rather the elderly sit in their wheelchairs all night and fend for themselves! Disgusting! They ought to be ashamed of themselves and hopefully the state looks into this! I am a former CNA and have seen some questionable agencies before; however, Royal really takes the cake. I know the proper channels in which to report this, and trust that I will! Take care of those you promised to care for! Maybe reread your mission statement and look up what the word “consistent” means!

My experience working for this company was terrible.. Prentis Hall and his office staff are only concerned with money. They have no interest in providing their clients with quality care. I stayed as long as I did 1-1/2 mos only because I felt for my client. She had been verbally abused by a number of aides. She was left alone in an emergent situation. And most recently one of the aides stole all of her narcotics.. and through it all Royal Home Care did not show an once of caring. It hurt me to quit and leave her but I had spoken to several people regarding the treatment of my client and it continually
