Athena is group private practice of Psychologists and Licensed Psychotherapists who have a wide range of specialties to meet most any need. We use scientifically proven methods of treatment. We treat persons of all ages and accept most forms of insurance. The treatment offered at Athena is always confidential.
Athena Consulting is happy to be able to offer psychiatric medication management as part of our comprehensive services. We do not see such interventions as a singular treatment intervention and our primary services have traditionally been focused on psychotherapy and good diagnostic work. However, the ability to offer such in a single location has proven both convenient as well as effective for many of our patients.

This place is the reason people end up hurting themselves or others. I have a family member who struggles with depression/anxiety and had seen the same psych for many years (over 20). They were looking to make a change since things weren't working and gave Athena a try. After being berated for showing up late, which they didn't, and accused of everything imaginable from drug abuse to a psychotic breakdown we will never look for help from here again. This person was struggling and looking for help, and what we got was making it infinitely worse. They threatened to call the police and have them involuntarily
