Rec Tec Diving Repair is owned and operated by Tim Seaman. Rec Tek Diving Repair was founded in 1999 in response to many dive shops finding it difficult to stock a large quantity of parts and brand specific tools needed to work on scuba equipment. Most dive shops service only the brands they sell, so they had to send their customers to competitors to have their equipment serviced.
Rec Tek offers annual service for regulators, pressure gauges, and minor repairs. We also offer a "Bench Test Only" option for those divers that want their regulator checked out before a trip without having a full annual service. We additionally service BC's, dump valves, power inflators and tank valves.
Warranty Work or Free Parts from the Manufacturer? If this is warranty work and/or your equipment qualifies for free parts, be sure to call us so we can make sure you have all of the proper documentation to send it with your gear. When we're done serving your equipment, we'll contact you with the final amount due, and you can pay online via Paypal.
