Mana Scuba is the bomb! You get great teaching from the instructors (mine was Julie) while also getting hooked up with a really cool community that regularly goes out on scuba trips and lots more (kayaking, hiking, etc.) You'll have plenty of opportunities to get in more scuba time with really cool people!

I had an AMAZING experience with Julie! I was certified and went on 2 dives after certification in Tahoe a couple years ago at this point. On Sunday night I was challenged to get back in the water before Monday night. A challenge that Julie was more than willing to take on with me first thing in the morning! I thought the hard part was over once she made the schedule fit; boy was I wrong! I didn't realize how rusty I was going to be after the break between dives. Such an amazing experience with Mana Scuba. The instructors Doug and Julie are great teachers with extensive knowledge and skill in scuba. I felt safe and comfortable at every moment. The pool instruction was very thorough and any worries that I had about a diving skill were gone by the end of it. Mana scuba is amazing!!! They work with your schedule and make you feel like family! After having a bad experience with a different company they took us under their wing and made us feel like family. They are very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. There are no hidden fees, what you get is what you get! Which is amazing because a lot of dive companies are not like that. I'm so glad my coworker recommended Mana Scuba for training and dive trips--they really do treat you like family. Best scuba instructors in town, and hands-down the most amazing dive trips. Loved it so much I went back and got my advanced and nitrox certifications. I first met Doug and Julie during my open water certification approximately 4 years ago. I've received all my certs after that point from them. Their compassion and dedication to the hobby shows thru and thru. I'm so proud to be a part of the Mana family and had the pleasure of seeing the family grow bigger and bigger with some of the best people I've ever met. I came to Mana Scuba to get my kids certified in open water diving. My sons are 10 and 13. My youngest had some anxiety when he did his first actual lake dive, and Julie was awesome at helping him overcome his anxiety. Now we can't get him out of the water!! Doug taught my rescue diver course and he is amazing. I highly recommend Mana Scuba for all of your diving education needs. Doug and Julie make you feel like you are part of their family. We have done a dive trip with Mana Scuba in Cozumel, and they were so accommodating and made sure all of our dives were perfect. I can't say enough

Great and communicative staff. Really helpful and friendly instruction. Julie was a very kind and very encouraging instructor. The lessons moved along nicely and at a great and understandable pace. Getting certified with Mana comes with an entire community of diving friends, so if you're new to Vegas and just trying to meet some adventurous people and take up a new hobby, I would hands down recommend this first.

Such a great experience with Mana Scuba! A friend referred me, and they lived up to the hype. I was certified 17 years ago but only had a couple dives right after, life took over and here I am. So I scheduled a refresher dive with Julie. Although I was very apprehensive and had a couple moments. Julie was right there for me. After taking her advise, I gained comfort and confidence. Now I'm a newly certified Advanced Open Water diver and jonesing to dive anytime possible! I wouldn't go to anyone else! Join our family!

Learning how to scuba dive was always on my list, and I'm so glad I learned with Mana Scuba! Contacting them was very easy and they thoroughly explained the entire training process. Julie was our instructor and she helped my nervous wreck calm down every time I panicked. She was very patient with us and even helped figure out some gear issues we had along the way. My husband and I decided to go with Mana Scuba to get our PADI open water certifications and we had a wonderful experience. We contacted them at the end of October and were able to do everything in about a month. We did the lake dives at Lake Mead and although it was cold, it was tolerable with all of the gear they provide.
From the beginning, Doug and Julie were very accommodating and flexible. Doug was able to meet me near my house one day to deliver the books and then they worked around my work schedule to do the class and dives. Julie and Doug were also very patient with me when I struggled

It has been a long-awaited goal of mine to get my PADI open water certification. I was referred by a family friend to go to Mana Scuba, and it was a memorable experience. Doug and Julie are incredible instructors. Doug was my main instructor; he is very thorough and concise. His instructions are easy to follow and knew the answers to all my questions. Julie was a ball of fun. She made me laugh a lot, which really helped calm the nerves. A couple divemasters were present throughout the process, and they too were friendly and assisted with my training. I will recommend Mana Scuba to anyone and everyone

I am a certified scuba diver and I took my daughter to Mana Scuba to complete a discover scuba course to see if she wanted to get certified. She attempted a class once before with another instructor but did not complete it. She was VERY nervous and was on the verge of tears even though she really wanted to do it. Julie and Doug were so professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind that they eased all of her fears quickly and she completed the course with a giant grin on her face. I completed my OW certification with Doug and Julie at Mana Scuba. I had an amazing experience and I felt safe the entire time! They are very knowledgeable and make it a fun learning experience. I definitely plan to use Mana scuba for additional certifications this summer! Plus I was able to use my skills to dive on our vacation in in Thailand and it was Amazing!
