Today I walked up a half hour before close, and they turned the lights off with a sign on the door "closed due to weather". Yet there is NO snow or ice today. What a joke! 😂
And when a family member of mine called yesterday or the day before, she was put on hold, but could still hear. And the lady (employee) was blabbering to a customer for a long time about non-business stuff and then forgot she put someone on hold.
Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service ,awful attitude , unfriendliest unwelcoming staff . When you cringe when pulling in the parking lot ,because you know they are going to ruin your day , please save yourself and drive to elj to deal with professional staff that do not act like they are doing your a favor for doing business with them .

The best around. I drive a good ways away to use them. They have WiFi so you can log on and use your computer to complete ebay shipping label forms after you know the weight and etc. and then email them the discounted shipping label. They make everything easy. Highly Recommend! I really like the way the customize the size of the box to be the perfect size.

Used to do a lot of business here - not anymore. Every time I walk in there’s a line of confusion and people who have been asked to step aside while they try to get on the store’s wifi (which is very slow). When I mentioned the wifi wasn’t working for me, a very thin and shrill employee said, “Our wifi is working fine, I’m not going to argue with you.” Which is funny, because she acted as if she was TRYING to pick an argument with me; needless to say, she exhibited the complete antithesis of what customer service should look like and I’ll be making the drive to the LIJ location moving

This is the second time they have changed their mask policy. Upon arriving today, after they previously had removed their mask required policy, it was back on the door. Needing a receipt, I opened the door and politely said I had a drop off and didn't have a mask. The lady said to leave it in the unattended box outside the store in the heat. I asked if she could get me a receipt then and she rudely said, you have to put on a mask. I said, ma'am, I don't have one. I am a somewhat frequent customer and every person I have encountered has been helpful, polite, friendly, and caused me to leave their business with my mission accomplished and a smile on my face. I came into this store today with packages from Amazon and did not have labels. I was thrown a piece of paper with instructions to cancel my return. Two women were in this store and refused to help or guide me through my Amazon return. In this day and time when people should be kind and helpful these 2 women at this store were not.
Instead of helping me they told me to take my business to Ellijay.
I simply needed help. Do not go to this store!

Super easy to find, plenty of parking right in front. They do a great job with social distancing and the employees wear masks and all patrons are required to wear a mask. The customer service is excellent and they have contactless payments with Apple Pay. I went twice and the second time around, we got there 5 minutes past their closing time but I knocked and the nice lady opened the door and let me in. We needed to print some documents urgently for my kids camp and she was so sweet and she printed two forms out and I tried to pay with a $20 but since her registers were closed she gave it to
