I been quite a few times and its not purchase but to return a few things to Amazon or Walmart and the employees have been more then helpful. They have never charged me to print out a label and to ship it for me. They have always taken such good care of me. When it comes to time needing supplies for shipping they will be my first stop I go to. They are such good people.

What a breath of fresh air! I went there today with an Amazon return and I was unsure of how to go about it. Ken was a huge help! He’s very knowledgeable and showed me how to navigate through the return instructions. Great friendly customer service. Well worth the drive. I highly recommend this business!

Amazing customer service!! We had trouble getting something shipped to California - our package was returned twice by UPS for no valid reason. Ken kept an eye on it and kept me updated with everything going on. There was no way for me to contact an actual person at UPS so Ken reached out himself. He helped get it shipped an alternate way and it finally got there! Such a relief. We sooooo appreciate everything!
