Tracy is an excellent realtor. She helped my mom find a house. She was diligent and patient. She showed my mom numerous houses until we found the right match for mom. Alan, helped my wife and I purchase our home when we moved from Austin to Dallas this past summer(2015). and he was very professional in his work.
Alan was there for us every step of the way. I mean this literally. We went through almost every hurdle you could think of. We had to have him do a contract termination on our part(we ended up changing our minds) and a second contract termination on the sellers part(they accepted our initial offer then decided to switch to a different offer at the very last second). When we did finally find the house for us, we had contract amendments, a lease back
