I just called and asked if they sell parts for a certain machine. They don't. I'm fine with that. But I asked her if she knows where I can find some, and with an attitude she said "You have to Google it." Like....really? Google doesn't work as well as somebody that might have inside knowledge. Thanks for nothing. All you have to do is say no I'm not sure. I hope you don't talk to all your callers this way.
