Fast forward to college at Texas State University and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering was the obvious choice. Adam was employed as a draftsman at a machine shop during college where his favorite class was foundry. His skills secured him a position with General Motors before graduation. The collapse of the automotive industry temporarily sent him searching for work and he soon became a metallurgist at Forge USA.
