Courtney Carolan Arnold of Carolan Properties is the perfect full-service property manager. She's honest when marketing a property (e.g., made sure we knew we would not be able to extend the lease at the end of the 18-mo term since the owners would be retiring and moving in). Courtney also provided us with a move-in checklist where she'd already noted pre-existing conditions which saved us a huge amount of time. Courtney made sure the house and landscape were in tip-top shape before we moved in; and later when

I first met Penny in 2013 as I googled top realtor in Lincoln, Ca. and her name and contact information popped up. Penny was quick to respond and also very knowledgeable of the area. After meeting her and going thru our "must haves" on our house she quickly found us our home. Representing the buyer and seller Penny was very professional. We used Penny and her Company also as Property Managers as we rented out this home for a year. Since 2013 I have remained in contact with Penny. She is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls.
