I have paid monthly for some time with good service. Lately, the place has gone downhill. Employees that do not take pride in their jobs and do do a lazy job.
I arrived At 7am one day to be verbally accosted by an employee telling me to back up because they were not setup, never explaining what he meant. I backed up 10 feet and continued to say in a ornery way to back up. Finally the rest of the crew came including the owner. thru the carwash to see the same guy that stated he would not dry my car....... bad scene. Can I give no stars?

So.... I went in to the Touchless Car Wash as I do every Saturday with both of my vehicles. The machine was having an issue. No Soaps or Waxes at all. Just spraying water. I pulled out of the bay and explained what the machine was doing to one of the two gentlemen near the towels. One of the gentlemen who identified themselves as the owner… said there were no refunds. I explained again to him that I just paid $24 for water. He said he would take a look at the machine and that I could bring my car through the regular car wash. I specifically bring both of my vehicles to the "Touchless Wash

The attendants in charge of this place are very knowledgeable and highly skilled in their work. They are very efficient in their services. I have never had a bad experience around this place. My car usually comes out the other end pretty clean. The price for a quick wash isn't a challenge either. Definitely recommend this car wash.

If you make a detail appointment, make sure you call the day before to make sure you're still on the schedule. I talked to Dan, the owner, and made my appointment almost a month away. He told me the day was wide open, and I made my appointment for 8. I arranged for a ride, but when I went to drop off my car, the kid said I wasn't on the schedule. So spent a bunch of time clearing out my car, arranging a ride, driving there, all for nothing. Completely unprofessional and inexcusable.
