A cosmetic procedure where Botox and Dysport are injections that go into the skin to prevent facial wrinkles and folds to appear in the face. Botox and Dysport are made from onabotulinumtoxinA which relaxes muscles and prevents them from creating wrinkles. Botox and Dysport is a great way to stop lines from becoming a fixed feature in the face.
As we age, you might start noticing wrinkles on your forehead, around your eyes (resembling what looks like crow's feet) between our eyebrows, around the nose and mouth. Your skin begins to lose it's elasticity and volume. To prevent these dramatic changes there are treatments known as dermal fillers.
Juvederm XC treatment areas include the (1) Marionette Lines (2) Mouth Corner Lines (3) Smile Lines (4) Vertical Lip Lines. Contains Lidocaine a local Anesthetic that in a small quantity is fused with the injectable gel. Juvederm has been securely and successfully administered at our center to thousands of patients safely and it leaves a nice natural feel to the skin including the lips.
Juvederm Voluma is a colorless injectable hyaluronic acid that is used to add Volume to your cheek area to fix age-related volume loss. Juvederm Voluma is made with hyaluronic acid that contains a small quantity of the local anesthetic lidocaine to make the injection more comfortable. This gel will lift the skin area in the cheeks and temporarily adds volume to the cheek area.
Contains no animal products therefore there is no need for a skin test when using Perlane. The chemical used in Perlane is very natural bodily fluid and so the skin is filled up just like regular tissue. This makes the results very natural looking. Perlane has larger particles than Restylane therefore it is the best choice for wrinkles that require deeper injections.

We were referred to Dr. Susana to take a look at a lesion in our newborn and make sure nothing was wrong. We waited and never saw the doctor but a PA, who walked in, took one look at the baby and gave us advice that we should immediately change him and clean him (as if we didn’t already) si his skin would be just as perfect as his kids. No revisión of the arm, no doctor, $150 for 5 mins of nothing. No explanation or commentary on the arm lesion which luckily healed itself. Doctor is so busy a senior client was complaining as we left that he didn’t want to see an assistant but the Dr. so I

Dr. René Valiente was very professional in his acknowledgement for that I am satisfied but I cannot say the same about the clinic because
the doctor made me two biopsies and until today they haven’t informed me the results. Also the clinic scheduled my next appointment for two months from my last visit, something wrong because I have a lot of cancer problems and I'm waiting for the result of the 2 biopsies over 1 month ago.

I visited the Coral Gables office for my second time and I was seen rather quickly compared to before. The doctor was really nice and professional as she monitored by skin and was interested in getting to the root causes of my ailments. She prescribed several meds and I believe my skin has vastly improved since my visit.

Everyone puts a friendly smile in person. You spend more time in the waiting room than with the Dr. and God forbid you require further assistance. I have been waiting for my prescription for 2 weeks. Made multiple calls. They expect the patient to play the middle man between them and the pharmacy. Finally on my final attempt to speak with them They left me on hold and not sure if the call was “accidentally” hung up but they sure as hell did not have the decency to call back. I am definitely never going back.

Susana Leal-Khouri is the best Dermatologist by far ... she is not only knowledgeable with great manners but also a wonderful human being. I have been under her care for twenty years and highly recommend her. Some years ago i moved to the West coast (FLA) and was able to compare her with other dermatologists. To be exact, I was seen and treated by 4 different dermatologists and there was no comparison. I decided to travel 3 1/2 hours to Miami to be seen by Dr. Susana. I will continue to go to her with my eyes closed and will continue to recommend the best doctor in FL.

The doctors here are incredibly kind and informed. I first visited for adult acne and Dr. Leal-Khouri gave me a regime that worked wonders and I haven’t had to deal with bad skin for 4 years now. I recently went again for a skin cancer screening and the doctors were helpful in providing insight and information on what to look out for and how to screen myself regularly. Can’t say enough great things about these doctors! So helpful.

I’m very picky and apprehensive when it comes to doctors, but Dr. Leal-Khouri made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She is so sweet and attentive to her patients. Thanks to her I can honestly say that I feel better and more confident about my skin. The entire staff has been very nice and professional. You get called in exactly at the time of your appointment and this is a big plus for me since I do have a busy lifestyle. You can count on being in and out if you have an appointment, and at the same time get all the attention you need.

MOST CARELESS DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN
I have been a very happy patient of Dr. Gutierrez at this practice since I was a teenager (I am now 30). She has always been very attentive of my needs and taken great care with my body and skin. However, I recently learned she is a family doctor so I decided to see the in-house dermatologist to have a plantar wart removed. I COMPLETELY REGRET CHANGING TO DR. KHOURI.
She was in a rush to finish with me and did not take the time to answer my questions. She cut and froze 2 small plantar warts and one medium one, and didn't explain ANYTHING regarding the recovery
