When you choose Vulcan, you can be confident that you will receive. Wet basements can be a serious problem for homeowners and businesses, costing thousands of dollars in damage and repairs. We would like to thank you for the wonderful job your waterproofers did at our house in April. We were surprised how quickly and proficiently your crew members were working together. We are very pleased that we no longer have water in the basement! Thank you Vulcan! The purpose of my writing is to express my sincere appreciation for a job well done on the installation of a French drain at our residence.
Authentic Stone Flooring Brand Flooring is ideally suited as a floor covering for many concrete floors around the house. One of the primary uses of Stone Flooring Brand Flooring is to permanently cover cracked, stained, uneven, pitted concrete garage floors and cracked, uneven outdoor walkways, entryways and patios.
Adds two to ten times greater "R" value insulation than carpeting, linoleum, vinyl, wood or tile. Hydrostatic ports allow moisture to evaporate, leaving concrete floors to breathe naturally. Authentic Stone Flooring Brand Flooring is the best floor covering for concrete basement floors, especially basements that are humid, wet, damp or flood-prone.
One of the primary uses of Authentic Stone Flooring Brand Flooring is to permanently enhance the beauty of concrete floor areas. Its beautiful appearance makes Stone Flooring flooring ideal for areas that need to stay looking attractive and inviting for customers, tenants, clients and employees. Keep your facility looking fresh and new without the constant maintenance issues or having to ever replace the flooring again.
Authentic Stone Flooring Brand Flooring's specially formulated, proprietary epoxy, used only by Authentic Stone Flooring Brand Flooring, is the secret to its beauty, performance and longevity.
Carpeting, wood, tile, paint and vinyl don't allow concrete to breathe naturally and can trap moisture between the concrete and the underside of the floor covering, causing mold and mildew which promotes unhealthy air quality not only in your basement but throughout your entire home.Eventually the flooring will need to be replaced.

Vulcan promised a lifetime warranty they have failed to hold up.
French drain and sump pump system failed after 6 months. Vulcan has been unable to schedule a service appointment and keeps apologizing that they are too busy. This is going on for months now.
They are too busy to service my newly installed system, so consider this before you hire them.

Avoid Vulcan at all costs. Charged me over $8000 to waterproof the outside of my house. The job they did did not stop the water from coining into the house. Took them o er two months and the job is still not done. Don’t answer phone calls when you call them. Spoke with Kerry, Terry and Paul. Owner Kevin didn’t think important enough to come to phone. Now I have to sue to get my money back. Job was guaranteed to work. They do not stand behind their work. Be smart. There are other waterproofing companies that are cheaper and better. Save yourself the aggravation I am going through.

Prior the basement waterproof installation, I did not have water leaking around my egress window. Now after the waterproof installation, the basement wall near the egress window is wet and a small puddle of water by the sump pump. Called in and send a picture to customer service representative. They said they will schedule a visit for someone to check it out. Waited couple of days (had to nag the customer rep for a reply) and their manager called. He gave attitude saying "oh you need to install a dehumidifier probably or w/e and does not think it's an issue. Well, it was not happening before so

I cannot say enough good things about Vulcan. I had some occasional water coming into my basement when the water table got high so I called a few places, one of them being Vulcan. Victor came by, heard my concerns, understood the problem, proposed a solution of French drains and sump pump and I have had no issues since. The crew was respectful, prompt and walked me through the process as this was all being installed. A few months after, I had some further questions and potentially a new concern unrelated to the work done, and the day after a major snowstorm while all the roads were a disaster Victor

We went with Vulcan for water we kept getting in the basement. The basement was unfinished, so we put it off for a few years until we realized our home had developed a mold problem. After calling in a mold remediation company they told us that we should fix the water first as the mold will just continue to develop. Vulcan was the third company to give us an estimate and they came in at a very reasonable price and explained the work explicitly. The work was promptly scheduled, and I was very pleased with the crew as they were polite and left the basement clean. It has now been 2 years since we had

Vulcan is not a company you want to do business with. Had french drains put in my home and though the I have had no issues with flooding I did have issues with what they did to my basement:
1) their saws destroyed, the wood paneling, in my basement. Had to replace the paneling and the carpets.
2) appears that the vibrations cracked the foundation ( floor) and I have had a leak since they put in French drains. We had to buy new carpeting because the installation destroyed the carpeting, as well as, the paneling.
3) Victor and Estabas were aware of both issues. I believe it was Estabas that offered

We are very happy with Vulcan Basement Waterproofing. They did a thorough job in analyzing the problem. The waterproofing job was completed in one day. We have not had any water since the waterproofing was completed. My wife's family recommended Vulcan Basement Waterproofing since they had basement waterproofing done in 1992 and since then have not had any water in their basement. I highly recommend this company.

We called Vulcan after that tremendous storm last August.
We were recommended by a neighbor, and also my brother-in-law
who had used them before. Both of them said they were bone dry after the storm.
Once at our house, we were equally impressed with the long history of the company
and the book their rep showed us with 1000's of testimonials of previous customers.
The crew that came to do the job was courteous and neat. We too are happy to say
we have not seen a drop of water since.
