We recently bought a condo in Ann Arbor, entirely remotely from Wisconsin, with Andy Piper’s help every step of the way. I worked with Andy for several Ann Arbor purchases and sales, and he is always a pleasure. He knows the market very well, communicates openly and operates with integrity. In our most recent transaction, he helped us find a cash buyer in less than 24 hours, allowing us to sell for 6% over asking price, with the buyers allowing us to live rent free post-closing, until we moved to our new house.
