We started Jericho Foundation Repairs in 1987 on a simple belief that with honesty, integrity, and good hard work we could make a living and build a company the right way.the Jericho way. We've been a family run business for 30 years. Same owner. Same employees. Our foundation inspections have always been free to homeowners and realtors all over the greater Houston area.

JERICHO FOUNDATION REPAIRS uses the pressed piling system of foundation repair to raise and level a slab-on-grade type of foundation. We space our pilings on 6' centers to achieve the maximum amount of support necessary to carry the load of the weighted structure once the slab is lifted. The engineers that designed our system of repair feel this distributes the weight more evenly and guarantees a better long-term success rate.
After our work is completed and paid in full, a lifetime warranty is issued on the scope of the work for slab on grade foundations. If any adjustments are necessary along the walls underpinned by our company after the work is completed, the adjustments are completed at no cost to the initial warranty holder.
Hardscapes and landscapes are a big investment, and traditional methods of protecting them have meant repeatedly spending time, effort, and money. A one time root barrier installation means years of security from roots growing where they're not wanted. For root barriers, we use BioBarrier. The durable geotextile drainage fabric allows water, air, and nutrients to pass through, not adversely affecting soil hydrology.

So glad I found such a trustworthy company! I had some exterior doors repeatedly getting stuck at my commercial building. When the inspector came out, he pointed out that it was not the foundation but the walls of the building. Two other foundation companies had previously advised me that I needed to lift my whole foundation. Jericho gave me a far less costly solution to the problem I needed to fix.
Jerico was honest and truly had my best interest at the heart of their service, rather than trying to sell me something I did not need. They have earned my trust and my future business.

My Father bought a house in Houston with a lifetime foundation repair warranty. After paying the transfer fee ($200) he received the warranty with a new condition that he was not made aware of before. The new warranty said lifetime repair at an additional cost, meaning in case of any repair, he should pay the adjustment cost. This was not mentioned and this company lacks honesty.

I just had a big job completed at my home, and I was so pleased with the work that I felt compelled to write a review (unsolicited). We installed 28 exterior pilings and 24 interior pilings and leveled the slab. Hector was my foreman, and he was fantastic. I was very curious about the process, and he was able to show me and explain to me what he was doing and why. Very professional and kind. There was actually not a lot of sheet rock cracking because they had so many guys with jacks at one time (about 20) so the house could be lifted in unison.

Best in class service for foundation repair. Jericho worked on my parent's home nearly twenty years ago so we were already familiar with them. Kevin came out to take the measurements and provide the estimate. He has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Amanda and Kelley in the office are also both very sweet. I was terrified when a contractor friend of mine told me my sticky doors might be foundation issues. We received 3 estimates from some of the more established companies in Houston, as recommended by my friend. We ultimately decided to go with Jericho because we felt they were the most honest with their bid. I didn't feel Jericho was trying to sell me something I didn't need.

A trustworthy and honest company. We had an estimate done by Kevin who was very helpful, and while he did provide a job cost he also told us we could wait to do the work. He could have easily told us he recommended the work, and gotten a job signed. They were also able to get the estimate in much sooner than expected. Thanks Kevin!

I hired this company to come fix what a previous company had done. The owner came out and looked at the property and wrote up an estimate that included a blueprint showing what would be done. We agreed on a price and time line. After several visits of an hour or less I called the owner and got no answer for days, and then was contacted via txt with an apology. The owner claimed he had crew issues. This went on for weeks and bits and pieces of work was done, but only after my repeated calls and complaints. Finally, after over a week of no shows and no contact I moved on and completed the work myself

I am very pleased with the job Jericho has done for me. When i received my estimate all my concerns and questions were answered in a very professional manner by Dallas. I told him we were in a hurry to repair our home, and he was able to schedule me in within five days. When the crew arrived they were very polite and even fixed some sunken pavers i had near the area that they were working at. I will highly recommend them.

I have a warranty with Jericho and had concerns with the shifting of my house. Each time that I called Jericho, they responded. The last time, my interior walls shifted two - three inches apart from the joints and I just knew it was foundation problems. Again I called and they responded. They came out looked at the walls and assured me - it was not foundation shifting. However, I was not comfortable with that answer so I had three contractors come in to look at my wall. Each stated - you have foundation problems. Called Jericho again, and again they responded. They were happy to give me an estimate

I just had Jericho out for repairs to my townhome (sourced by HOA). Everything was exactly as noted on the estimate. It only took 2 days and I only had to be there during the leveling part to let them inside. The first day it looked like total chaos outside with all the uprooted plants and dirt. After the leveling I went back to work and foreman Jose said I wouldn't need to be back for anything else. When I got home that night, it barely looked like they were there at all. Jericho came recommended to me by a friend in the real estate business. They performed an excellent service. Foundation repair is no day in the park. Your yard and home is a mess for a few days but they quoted that their job would take 5 days and everything was put back and cleaned up in that time frame. Our doors open and close with ease now!
