Over the past few years I have used Air One Tech for all our heating and AC needs. I've had other firms but Air One Tech is far and above the others not only in technical competency but also in "easy-to-deal-with-ness", feeling that they really care about my satisfaction and they are cost competitive. For the past 3 years they have provided the regular maintenance for our heating and AC, and even installed a humidifier. Dariush thoroughly inspected our home and made thoughtful, educated recommendations. Also recently replaced a family member’s hot water heater.

Air One Tech has done an outstandingly professional job responding to my short notice request to service and flush my water heater. Alison was very courteous, informative, and simply pleasant to talk to. The technician notified us of his arrival in a timely manner and completed everything very quickly, but very thoroughly. After servicing, the issue was instantly resolved. We also received a very detailed report with pictures and recommendations for the future. Overall, a very professional service. Recently had issue with my heat pump turning on and off rapidly! first thing crossed my mind in the middle of all other problems was now I need a new heat pump right after replacing roof!! yes? NO! it turns out to be control board issue. even though it was not quite cheap, $500.00, was way cheaper than 10000.00 whole system!! courteous, detail service and quick repair! highly recommended!

I wish we could rate 6 stars... Our AC went out, and we called to get it serviced around 11am on a Tuesday. A few hours later someone was at the house! Unfortunately the system was shot (no surprise for a 20+ year old system), so we purchased a new one. The owner even stopped by on Wednesday with a portable AC to get us through, and they were at our house with the new system ready to install that Thursday at 8am! (Yes, you read that correctly. The new system was being installed within two days of our initial call).

Air one tech team was a life saver. I had a broken HVAC due to storms and kids and wife were in misery. Airone tech showed up same day I called, diagnosed and fixed the problem and got my family back to "life". They also saved me few thousands dollars by accurately diagnosing the real problem although there were a false positive about the compressor being the issue. I am glad I have a maintenance plan with these guys!

OK, this goes way beyond. I called them to schedule a maintenance check/service visit. I was a little concerned because it seemed a wet switch on our system had tripped; it's usually a false alarm, but I needed a pro to be sure in this case. They've already done excellent work for me, so I called them again.
They moved me a up a couple days sooner from the original date, since the unit wasn't working, but wasn't an emergency. This, in and of itself, was great of them, and I appreciated the priority service.

Air one tech helped me replace my ac unit last year, and I received a call for a complimentary maintenance check. I actually almost canceled my appointment because I had a very busy schedule, but I'm so glad I didn't. Sayvan came to do the checkup and he was super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out why it was so cold in my place when I had the heat at 75, and even helped me clean my incredibly dirty vent (which he certainly did not have to do). He is an amazing technician and I highly recommend him!!

I picked Air One Tech because they're certified for Trane furnaces, and I'm glad I did. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dariush took the time to diagnosis the problem and explain the different options. After ordering parts, a technician returned the following week to do the repair. He was also courteous and professionaI. I agreed to maintenance plans (there is a separate charge for each system you have) which were worth it because they did much needed cleaning and patched up holes. After payment I immediately received an e-mail confirmation detailing the work done

I've probably used 4 - 5 different heating/AC type companies the past 20 years. I would have to say hands-down I've had the best experience overall with Air One Tech.
The owner is very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. We had the team of Angelo and Amir come out and service and repair our heating/AC system and another time to replace our hot water heater.
They both are friendly and courteous and did an excellent job. Before they left they cleaned up everything and made sure all of our questions were answered and we were 100% satisfied. They make a great team and the owner
