We understand that managing one's health and chronic diseases is a complex issue. There are unlimited resources on the internet and numerous books one can find. The staff at Apollo Health Care is dedicated to providing you with personalized, high-quality care. Our helpful team of physicians, nurse practitioners and medical assistants works together to ensure that you receive medical care in a respectful and comfortable setting. Dr. Padam is a board-certified Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine sub-specialist with a postdoctoral Palliative Medicine Fellowship training.

Dr.Seema Sangwan has changed my life in all the positive ways possible. I never ever thought that managing diabetes and BP can be so simple. Based on her advice, I made minor alterations to my food/eating, sleeping and physical activity habits. Today, I am on no medication for diabeties or BP just because she motivated and thoroughly followed up with me on my habits and routine.
