I never had a satisfying doctor visit before meeting Dr. Parikh. I have been consulting Dr. Parikh for last two years, never thought of consulting with others after seeing him. He spends a good amount of time to clarify all our queries.He is very empathetic, would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

The front office is very clean and the receptionist greeted me immediately. I loved that they have a screen with the sounds of waterfall--nice touch! My vitals were taken my a mellow, down-to-earth young woman. Very enthusiastic. I was seen by Dr. Parikh and a med student- both very professional, friendly , and helpful in answering my questions after my physical. This was my second visit and it went better than expected.

I was being waiting for 1 hour to see the doctor and was told "doctor will with you in few minutes” three times. Finally I gave up as I had to go back to work.
If the doctor does nor have time then do not put the time slot on Zocdoc! Let people find the real available doctors.
Also the front desk person does not wear mask all the time.

1. I had a time-sensitive COVID vaccination question, but the soonest available appointment at ParikhHealth was almost a week later. A voicemail regarding the same question went unanswered.
2. Signing up as a patient is unnecessarily time-consuming and complex, requiring too many forms and multiple app downloads.
Bottom line: I went with another healthcare organization that provided much faster response and easier sign-ups.

Dr. Parikh is a phenomenal practitioner -- he is competent and compassionate. Parikh Health's Direct Primary Care membership is an asset to my life.
With the membership, I am able to easily text Dr. Parikh when I have questions regarding my health. It is extremely convenient, as sometimes I may have an urgent question, or a minor question that does not require coming in for an appointment. The flexibility that this service affords provides me with peace of mind knowing that my health will be taken care of. If I do need an appointment, it is quick to set up and I do not need to worry about

I have been going to Dr. Parkih for a few months now. While he is a cool guy he is consistently a minimum of 30 minutes late and usually closer to an hour. I get prescription refills from him and I never know if the prescription will actually be at the pharmacy when I get there and alot of the time it hasn’t gone through and I have to get in touch with the support email or phone number that takes their sweet time to respond. I will be looking for a new doctor soon.

Dr Parikh and Staff were nice and polite... but they can definitely be more emphatic and on their game when a patient is in pain.... Here it goes:
I go in at 1:15 pm for a lower back pain with some shooting in my legs, wait time was 30 minutes which is not terrible... I do mention pain is not letting me rest or sleep and Dr Parikh says he will prescribe a muscle relaxer so I can sleep. I leave the office but go back in to ask a follow up question.. Admin asks, "Where is your pharmacy by the way?" (they forgot to ask). I provide pharmacy info and go home.. no call from CVS and I check

Dr. P is AMAZING!!
I'm so grateful to have found him as my GP - the guy is a genius and extremely talented with a knife. He gets a 10/10 for every box you could think of. Great bedside manner, super knowledgeable, kind, friendly, awesome assistants/students, very friendly and helpful front desk admin, super easy billing with my insurance - his practice is amazing and as digitized as possible. This doc is amazing and I almost don't want to post this just because I wanna keep him as my secret so y'all don't inundate the practice :)
