Broadview Assisted Living's main building sits atop a lovely knoll in the heart of historic Winchendon, MA, and was constructed in 1886. In 1996 it was purchased by the Connor Family and converted into a boarding house. The original house was home to 12 residents until the Connors discovered that they had a passion for helping seniors live the best and most active lifestyles possible.

We take the time to structure individualized care based on the individual needs of each of our residents. Daily group activity programs (wide range of activities based on resident's needs and abilities). Membership to local YMCA Community Center with indoor swimming, senior aerobics, Silver Sneakers Program, walking track, etc. attended weekly.
Physical and mental exercise are key to maintaining the vitality of our residents so at Broadview, every effort is made to involve them in activities such as exercise classes, Bingo, Word Search and Trivia, baking, bowling, etc. Some are daily activities, especially exercise classes, while others are offered several days a week.

I went there to visit my grandmother and was greeted by one of the CNAs, her name was Tiffanie. She was very helpful and gave me multiple explanations behind what was what and why. I really feel that if she wasn’t there, I would have been a little confused as the building is so big and there’s a bunch of people. 10/10

Incredible facility! The staff is so caring and attentive to the residents and their families. It’s always clean, the employees are cheerful and the building is gorgeous. The food is top notch. They have many activities and outings. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care for a loved one, I highly recommend you visit!

I would like to give a big pat on the back of all the staff at Broadview. I recently cared for a lovely women there and observed first hand the care and professionalism of the staff there especially the nite crew. That is not to say the rest of the staff wasn't . There was a few weeks that the whole facility was ill. The care and work that the… staff did was amazing. It really goes to show how special our heath care people are.
