Our family recently needed to make the difficult decision of having our mom placed in a memory care facility due to being diagnosed with dementia. We were devastated and completely overwhelmed. Fortunately, we were given Dawn's contact information and after our initial phone call I knew we were in good hands. Dawn is amazing, caring and so very knowledgeable. You know you're in good hands when you find yourself sitting in an office talking about your parent's care and you look over and the person that you've paid to help you along the way is also shedding a tear. Dawn provided compassionate attentive and insightful guidance, indeed she was a Shining Light in what felt like a very dark path. At that moment when the weight of a lifetime is is pushing down on you it's nice to have someone who truly cares to help you along the way.
