After a month trying to remove a m2 screw that was stuck in my laptop where I wanted to add a second drive to I searched for help. I asked other repair shop in the area, other owners of same laptop, and just about anyone else. I just about gave up on it until I called The IT Store. Bob was able to do it when others wouldn't and the laptop is working fine even answered any concerns with followup knowledge. Also a great store for DIY electronics.

I own the Clermont Family Martial Arts Center. Last night my office computer stopped working. I tried (with no luck) various things to get the monitor to turn on. I called the IT Store when they opened and they had me come in right away. After a couple of moments they told me my computer was fine and that even though it might be my monitor (I didn’t bring it with me) they believed that it was the power cord from my tower to the monitor. They gave me a cable and told me to try it. Sure enough it was the cable. My total bill $0. They didn’t charge me for anything and I’m up and running again

Called a couple of local shops near my mother's house looking to solve a wireless card issue. 2 told me to bring it in for a fee to diagnose a problem, This guy advised me to get a wireless adapter that will override the card inside my Laptop.
The laptop is 8 years old and for 15 bucks I can solve this issue...without a shop fee! Thanks! You will definitely have my business from here on!

I've taken my laptop here twice - once for a hardware issue and once for a software issue. Each time I received excellent service at a fair price. For my software issue, he was able to fix it on the spot. If I ever have another issue with a computer, tablet, or cell phone I will definitely take it here. No more big box store repairs for me. Highly recommended.

Since I was having a few problems with my PC I took it to the IT Store. They diagnosed and fixed the problems. The IT Store staff was great!!! They were great to talk with and they explained everything. If you are having issues with your PC, I highly recommend the IT Store. They are professional and super!!!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
I brought my iPad in to this place a month ago for a simple screen repair--it had been dropped and the screen was shattered, but other than that it was in perfect working order. I spoke with them on the phone and they said it would be roughly a 90 minute repair. I brought the iPad in the next day and they said that they didn't have the screen in stock at that moment but that it would arrive in a shipment later that day and that I could pick it up the next day.
The next day came and went without a call, so I stopped in after two days to pick
