All small parts that will change including batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones etc. have a Thirty (30) day warranty on our repairs and also a Thirty (30) day warranty against any manufacturing defects on the part(s) replaced. For example: you had an Android screen replacement.
We warranty any screen discoloration, stars (bright patches in your screen), halos (white rings on the edge of your screen), and stripes (lives running across your screen) for 30 days.WE DO NOT WARRANTY screen breakage, screen abrasion, moisture or immersion in water and anything that suggests misusage of the device.

Do NOT bring your phone here for a screen repair/replacement!! Unfortunately they do not have ANY warranty on their screen replacements. I literally stepped out the door after the replacement and the LCD screen magically went out and as I stepped back in the door to explain what happened. They shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry, no warranty I can't help you unless you want to buy another screen." Save yourself the worry and just go to ubreakifix. At least there they give you a 90 day warranty on all repairs including screen replacements!

I went to fix an iphone 12 Pro broken display. The employee at the front is extremely rude - horrible customer service. The phone is fixed and a few days later i notice severe issues with the display. I went back to the store and was informed that an after market screen was installed on the new device. I then requested an Apple approved display be ordered and installed. The owner is very polite and accommodating ordered an iPhone 12 screen rather than a 12 pro screen. Due to the frustration I was put through I requested my broken display be put back however it was disposed of. The owner advised

Awesome communication fast service, I mean these guys replace my screen frame and back glass in one hour brand new again. I do have to bring it back because my front facing camera is blurry like it has oil on it and my internet loses signal, even though my phone fell and the touch screen went out I was still able to tell bigsby or Google to go to YouTube make a phone call take a selfie and it did it perfect. Will update this when i go see them again. But if you want fast good service and high quality work you found the place. Communication is 110%. Awesome people

I had just arrived in Kissimmee and Googled where to get cracked screen fixed, this place was to first to pop up. I read the reviews and said I would go in the morning. My cousin and I walked 1.7 miles to Old town and BOOM there they were. My screen was fixed in 30minutes. They were awesome and affordable and shared helpful information. My phone looks brand new. I highly recommend this place.

BEWARE. When you have your cracked screen repaired at a 3rd party repair shop like this one, your iPhone WILL NO LONGER be Water Resistant. Any bit of moisture or water that gets into or onto your phone will indeed damage it. I wish my mom & I were told this before we paid over $200 for a cracked screen repair for my phone at this shop. When my phone got splashed with water a couple months after my repair & started acting crazy, we complained about it to this store & instead of being honest & telling us it's because their screens do not match the water resistant screens Apple uses, we kept getting

Fantastic service, in a quite odd location but the people there are super nice, very transparent about repair/cost and clear throughout the entire process and SUPER fast, roughly hour-hour and a half turnaround time. I was able to drop off and come back a few hours later and was out in less than 5 minutes.
They even went through and tested all sorts of things on the phone to show it was all working properly. 5 stars all around!

Friendly Phenomenal service! It was Father’s Day. Fernando repaired my daughter’s iPhone X while we ate lunch. Brandon, who was friendly, kind and understanding made sure the whole process was well communicated and easy to understand. Stephen’s helped us out with perfect placed screen protectors and cases. Super cool guy. An Indescribable experience, I wish we had this kind of experienced and skilled repair shop in Hawaii!! So good that I recommended them to my sister-in-law. We waited for about 20 min to have her battery replaced in her old school iPhone SE!
