Seemed like a nice place to work, went for an interview a few Friday’s ago, Todd said he would call me Monday after another interview and decide who would be the right fit, all seemed well. Monday comes, no call, not a big deal. I message him on the app he invited me to the interview on on Tuesday for a number to call about the applied position, he gave no number and said he was still evaluating candidates. Still, no big deal. I messaged him Thursday, thinking, he only said there was 2 of us, how long can it take? And he kind of tripped about it saying and amplifying he’s still evaluating candidates

Got hired in over a month ago, I did not think I would be able to make it this long, different line of work, compared to what I used to do. Since being employed I have learned things that I never knew before. What really blows sunshine up my skirt is how well they work with employees, it is as if it is truly family oriented. The owners from what I noticed and picked up on are not only involved, but they care, show compassion and humility. Employees to them are not numbers, there people; people with struggles and that's why what makes it a tight nit, transparent and positive relationship with company
