We decided to change carpet in our house that we turned into a rental property, we originally 15 years ago had Payless carpet our home and the carpet held up well over the years. We took a chance and walked in on Saturday morning and spoke to Fred about our new needs. Within ten minutes we had picked out new carpet and Fred offered to come in the next day Sunday to measure as we were in a hurry to complete the installation. He came like he said ordered the carpet Monday and installed that Wednesday. The two gentlemen that cake Wednesday were professional and spent the whole day getting the job

I had used this company a few times over the course of 20 years so I contacted them for a quote on tile. I don't know where their price comes in with other flooring places because I didn't shop around, same owner Nader Z. and they've done good work for us in the past. Well this experience has been just shy of a horror film. The only good part of the experience is the tile is in and it looks great. First issue that came up was the tile contractor had to take up the baseboards and said another guy would come behind them and put them on; what they didn't disclose was it was going to cost me $150.
