Had a minor issue (no fault of theirs, I dropped the unit). with a sprayer and the addressed it immediately. I still had a problem and they replaced the whole unit without question or cost. This is a great company with great customer service. Their products are high quality and last a long time. Highly recommend.

I bought an EXPENSIVE faucet($700+) from our local plumbing supply store. We waited a few weeks for it. I was so excited when it finally came in. We opened it up and on closer inspection one of the pieces looked like it didn’t get finished completely. We were given the local reps number in Chicago(Steve Driscoll). He told us to send him pictures and that he would have the company send us a replacement. We had beef waiting for a month. I finally called Rohl yesterday. I talked to customer service and the guy assured me he would send it out next Dayana it would be inspected before it came out.

When we purchased and renovated our inn we selected Rohl fixtures for all of our bathrooms (sinks, showers, tubs) as well as for our inn kitchen and our own personal residence. The decision to select Rohl for all of our fixtures was a great one at the outset, and it has since proven to be one of the best decisions we could have made as a business owner/operator because of the outstanding customer support we have received since our installation.
