Tom was born and raised in Nebraska and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1985. Tom attended Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York, receiving his J.D. with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1988, ranking number 16 in his graduating class of 270 law students.

To Tom I was unfortunately apprehended by Douglas county on a major possession 12 pounds felony facing
5-25 not to mention I don’t even live in Nebraska Im from Las Vegas...so I post bond but I’m on some program that didn’t allow me to leave the state he got that lifted allowed me to be with my family, hold my kids, love my girl...I thought I was done for but Tom said I got you and he did....got the charges lowered no felony no possession simple ticket 2500 dollar fine and i never had to come back to Nebraska for court if you asked me it

Mr. Olsen is a great lawyer. He really knows the law and has a very realistic and effective approach to making sure the legal outcome is as beneficial to his client as possible.
