The SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) is how the efficiency of your heating and cooling equipment is measured. The SEER is the amount of cooling your system will deliver per dollar spent on electricity, as compared to other systems. For example, a 3-ton unit may have a SEER efficiency rating of 13, 14, or 15.

I have been a customer for around 10 years. I had my air/heat serviced twice a year. I want to emphasize the employees are very honest. They never try to sell you a part during maintenance check unless you need it. I recently had to replace my unit. I am very satisfied. From the salesman to the installers to the employee who came to check everything out, was not stressful at all.

Never use these salespeople!!! They are not technicians all they try to do is sell you a new unit. Had them come out they charged me $485 for a diagnosis and some Freon. Their diagnoses was you need a completely new system inside and outside unit. Called the good people from COMFORT SQUAD their technicians diagnosed the issue was a stuck value and bad sensors. Had all that replace and now back to blowing cold air. henscey...what a joke!!!!

I have used Henscey Electric & A/C Co. for 30 years for my home and for the business I work for. Both Pat and his employees are real professionals They are fast on complete installations, or for finding a problem and fixing it. I've had 2 homes done with no problems. At work, 3 systems were installed with the same satisfaction. It's a great company.
