Jeff has been riding and wrenching on "toys" since he was a little kid. After working on aircraft in the Air Force, he switched gears and worked on Japanese bikes for many years. Jeff's passion for bikes took him to work at a Ducati dealer where he learned all aspects of Ducati and became a Ducati Master Technician.

Moto z is a great place! After one ride around the block Jeff knew what was wrong with the shifter on my bike, and he looked up the parts online to explain the problem in detail to me. They put new breaks on and showed me the old ones that a different shop said were fine. A great experience, with nice and informed people!!

Awesome shop I'm WNY. The owner Jeff is a great dude. Very knowledgeable in all things motorcycles. Also, a very experienced rider himself, both on the race track and the street.
They sell Furygan gear here (and some other stuff like Alpinestars). But Furygan is what I like about it. Very high quality European racing gear. Top of the line stuff. And very hard to actually purchase online, at least stateside.
I am temporary here, but I brought my bikes with me. An Aprilia RSV4 RF and a BMW S1000RR HP. Jeff did a great job removing the ignition from the RSV4 and installing a woodcraft keyswitch

I love to ride & it's much nicer to saddle up on a bike you KNOW was worked on by Jeff ‼rather than a " friend" who dabbles a bit ( no offense friend) Ladies & gents alike ......Deanna --Jeffs manager is not only knowledgeable and pleasant shes got the whole fashion thing down ! The newest riding boots, and sneakers. AWESOME ‼

Jeff is a great guy and certainly knows what he's doing.
It's not exactly conveniently located, but by the looks of things, this doesn't matter to people who are looking to have quality work done on their bikes. While I was there, there were 3 bikes awaiting pickup. 1 from Buffalo, 1 of Rochester, and 1 from somewhere a 3 hour's drive away in OH.
The shop is clean, which is refreshing. Also gives you a sense of the mindset of how things are run.
