They put a tire on for me that had an air bubble I left it alone hoping it'd go away it's now about to burst I called and Jose said they're going to take care of it for me and he's so sorry I get here and they put the tire on and he's trying to charge me another 105. I told him that he admitted fault and said he'd take care of it on the phone and now that I'm here he's claiming he never said that. They offered to put the bubbled tire back on my car LOLOLOL don't waste your time here folks.

So my wife took our 2016 Focus RS to these guys yesterday to get a new tire put on our car, and the carless techs at gouged and destroyed a $2000/piece Forged wheel on the car, as well as a lug nut.
Apparently it takes more than an ASE certification to take a wheel off a car and not damage it. Their pneumatic tools even damaged one of the lug nuts (visibly destroyed). If they weren't careless, none of these things would have happened. These were up until yesterday, flawless wheels that has only been off the car two times prior via tire rotations done in my driveway.
I'm beyond livid

Brought a Pilot Super Sport to be mounted and balanced on my car (2016 Ford Focus RS - I wrote these details on the work ticket, the owner can review that) on December 22, 2018. The tech seemingly struggled to get the 19mm socket to work on my wheel lug nuts, which he claimed was difficult due to the chrome caps. In the process he destroyed the majority of my lug nuts, and during the process also scratched and damaged my $2000 forged wheels. Both techs working that day did not disclose the extra damage revealed at home (I was already upset about the lug but fiasco), and had the gall to charge for
