It is so difficult to find an honest, fair-priced mechanic until you do business with Coho. Chris and his team (Jim & Cody) treat you like family. They never pressure you to have a specific service completed but give you options and sincere recommendations. I have consistently utilized Coho for over 6 years and will not use any other company. NOT FEMALE FRIENDLY!!! I have been using Coho Auto for the last three years and I thought they were trustworthy until they charged me over $850 for a spark plug replacement and radiator flush. I was not given an estimate before the work was done and they held my car for 7 hours for something that should have taken 2. I was stuck paying an astronomical amount of money that I didn’t agree to. I also asked in person for a state inspection that was not done. In this day in age of people ripping you off. I didn't feel that way with these guys. They were very professional, sent me an estimate via text and even followed up after the repairs. Only thing I would change is they don't have the ability to schedule an appointment online but I've had bad experiences with other repair shops over booking and not being able to do the repairs so this may be why they don't schedule appointments online. Give them a call and receive great service.

Short notice request to have my wife's car checked for an engine issue. Chris and his team was able to have the car looked at and returned within the same day. During the pickup, Jim provided a good description of the problem and the maintenance required. We've used them for a few years now and I highly recommend them for their promptness, professionalism, and honesty. Another rare customer service experience, they have always followed up to make sure the issue was properly resolved and the service met our satisfaction.

FEMALES BEWARE. This place is a joke. It’s important to note that I am a female and I’ve worked on cars before (via following YouTube tutorials). They charged 150 to run check engine light diagnostics (eye roll). But I mean it was worth it to me just because of the hassle factor of trying to figure out the problem. HOWEVER- when I got the diagnostics back they told me that my spark plug for cylinder 4 had gone bad and it would be 650 to replace one spark plug or 1000 to replace all the plugs. It took all my strength to not LAUGH at the guy over the phone when he said it. I have a Honda Pilot

When you go to Coho be sure to request Jesse Hupko as your mechanic. He is experienced, hard working and trustworthy. He will never recommend work that you don't need and if you do need extensive work done, he'll be sure it gets done correctly. I have always had my car worked on by him and have never been disappointed. Request him specifically and you'll be set.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided. It was nice working with Cody as I get almost daily update on the progress, even though I mentioned that I'm in no rush, he was always on top of things. Thorough explanation was given along the way while the car was having old parts refreshed, and even more details during collection. Options were laid out and not at all pushy.

Excellent overall experience with CoHo Automotive. I have been looking for a reputable independent shop to service my Porsche 911 and went there due to the positive reviews. They went right to work after my arrival and the service was completed in a very timely manner. Their facility is very clean and customer friendly. Chris even followed up the next day to make sure all was well. I highly recommend CoHo Automotive and look forward to future business with them.

I had to have some work done on my car recently. I was looking for a good place to s service my car, I saw COHO has very good ratings so I thought I would give them a try. I thought I needed brakes but once they inspected, they told me the brakes were good. A lot of places would have told me they needed changing to make a buck but COHO didn't. You have to love an honest company. I had some other work done and I'll have to say they did a great job. I definitely recommend COHO.

I called on the morning of 12/31/20 because I had a nail in my car's tire. They were able to get me in right away and upon inspection found the nail was not deep enough to cause a leak. Everyone is so kind and friendly and above all HONEST! They did not charge me for anything even though their tech took the wheel and tire off to diagnose the issue. That is quality service and hard to find. CoHo is my place to go for all my car service needs. You have earned my respect and business. Thank you!

I've built up a healthy distrust in automotive shops over the years through vicarious experiences and my own, but CoHo has completely won me over. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Originally I was going in to replace (mount and balance) 2 rear tires + 4 wheel alignment. Through their tool, they noted that the cords were showing, but what's more they followed up through text to see how I wanted to proceed, with no hint of a tire sales pitch! Coho Automotive has THE BEST customer service of any garage that I've been to. They are FAIR! I took my car in for new brakes and rotors and they really took care of me. They inspected my car and provided me with pics and details of any problem areas that they found. There's a trust factor with coho that you just don't get at many other places. I actually ended up getting additional work done because of the trust they've earned with me. I trusted that they would treat my car with care, because they truly care about the customer. My car is running super smooth, I have no complaints

Warning to all: please research thoroughly before going to this shop! you will be taken advantage of and that's an understatement. i have a 2013 audi s4 needing 50k service which only involves an oil change, cabin and air filter replacement, spark plugs and fuel filter replacement. not only that i was given false information (realized this after calling the dealer and reading the owner's manual), i was given a way overpriced quote for parts and labor. when i told them i can source my own OEM parts direct from the factory and i needed a shop to perform this work due to a recent wrist surgery

Very friendly customer service for example I heard one of the employees talk about how the engine works with a customer for 15 mins.
As to the reason for the 3 Star review I was estimated to have 2,400$ of work needed for my car. Looking online or even with other mechanics I found parts to be over 600$ cheaper.
I would advise bringing in your own parts.
