If you want to experience peace and tranquility, this place is it! We started our journey, late Fri night. We parked and walked down a walk way illuminated with beautiful stringlights wrapped around the canopy. After finding our cottage, which was adorably decorated, turtle foot stool, Tiffany style lamps, and full kitchen, we decided to go explore. Outside did not disappoint, common areas with plenty of seating, rocking chairs facing the dunes, hammocks, fire pit, and grills, all wood, charcoal and lighter fluid provided. It was night when we arrived so we could hear the crash of the ocean right

Marylinn was great very sweet, professional, and attentive. The maintenance guy was very helpful. We had a great time. The place is beautiful !!!

The ambiance, the accommodations included with you stay are phenomenal.
We had the ability to enjoy our stay and having the tools necessary to still cook at the house.
If you get the chance to book here do it !!!
We will for sure be back.

We had a blast coming here. It was our first trip with our 4 month old son and couldn't have gone better. The patio looking out on the ocean with the tiki huts was awesome. Our king suite had the perfect layout and a wonderful bed. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality, Mary Lynn!

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway here with our baby boy. The owner and staff are just so friendly, our unit was clean and comfy, and it was steps from the beach! We also enjoyed lounging in the shade under the tiki huts and watching the ocean :) Great little place.

This place was cute, friendly, and so convenient. They provide all sorts of activities and lounge spots around the property that are included with your stay. And the property is literally in the beach. The only downside is that the beds aren't anything special.
Our stay was in a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchenette that included a full size coffee pot, microwave, and stove/oven.
Highly recommended.

Nice cozy set up on the beach with firepits and hammocks. Love all the statues and crystals scattered around, completes the escape away from the mundane. Has great view of the beach!

Very quiet lodging right on the beach. We stayed in the "I Dream of Jeannie" suite and the decor is very... eclectic. On site parking and you're literally steps from the beach. Great outdoor seating areas with grills and fire pits with ocean views. I will say that the linens and towels could use replacing but that's the only negative thing I have to say. If you're looking for a quiet beach getaway then I would definitely recommend Beach Place Guesthouses!

We loved the set up here. The rooms are nicely set up and clean. This place has a full kitchen. I felt at peace and relaxed. I enjoyed sitting out on the rocking chair listening to the waves. You get greeted by a . This place is like a tropical paradise. I recommend staying here.

Beachfront place. Tons of chairs for the beach and common places to hang out. The staff was top notch. Very cool atmosphere. Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean. Best place we've stayed so far! Will come back here for our next vacation!
