Steve Hardy was fantastic to work with! We paid a flat fee and he listed our house on the MLS for us and we handled the transaction ourselves and saved thousands on commissions. Steve Hardy epitomizes excellence within Santa Fe Real Estate. I highly recommend his unique model (detailed on his website) which refreshingly is not the typical one size fits all approach. I imagine he can help just about any client navigate a difficult market. Not only did I find his approach and style far above average, his knowledge of the market and his communication skills were also top notch. As an experienced seller on a budget I appreciated Steve's unique listing options that allow for a variety of service levels depending on a seller's need. It was great to be able to list with him FSBO with the option of going full service if I needed to. Steve was always available when I needed to discuss the property and his insight and expertise in the local market were very valuable. Although I was listed as the primary contact, Steve always promptly forwarded messages to me from anyone calling him about the lot. Steve Hardy provides a alternative to the regular real estate services. Mr. hardy allows you to choose the level of involvement you wish to have in the sale of your property. Under his guidance we were able to work directly with prospective buyers and even negotiate the final deal that sold our property. He was always there to provide advice and answer questions. So if you're confident you can do a lot of the work yourself, and want to save on real estate fees, you can trust Steve Hardy. I'd also highly recommend Steve if you want a full service real estate agent. He's the best broker I ever worked
