Welcome to Community Child Care Center, a non-profit agency serving local children and families since 1970! Today, through our Early Head Start, Head Start, ECEAP, and Child Care programs we provide comprehensive preschool, childcare, and family support services to over 300 children throughout Whitman County, Washington.
We are proud to be accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) - the nation's leading organization of early childhood professionals. Less than 10 percent of all programs nationwide have reached this mark of quality and are recognized for their continued commitment towards reaching the highest professional early childhood standards.

Services
PULLMAN: Our Pullman child care center is located at our St. James Site and offers child care year around for full-time, part-time and drop-in care for toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarten and before and after school children. Dinos - The Dinos classroom is for children 12 months to 2 1/2 years of age.
Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a state funded program. It serves low-income children and their families through high quality preschool programs as well as comprehensive services for both children and their families, at no cost to the families. CCCC is the ECEAP Grantee for Whitman County, offering programs in Pullman, Colfax, Endicott, Garfield, Palouse, Rosalia, and Tekoa.
Early Head Start is a year-round, home based program, federally funded program for income qualifying families with infants, toddlers and pregnant women that provides high quality programs as well as comprehensive services for both children and their families, at no cost to the families.
Services include providing resources and support to pregnant women to promote healthy prenatal outcomes, enhancing the development of very young children, and working with families to support healthy family functioning through education and resources.This program provides weekly home visits, and two 2-hour parent/child socialization groups per month.

Community Child Care Center earned its accreditation in 2005 by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) - the nation's leading organization of early childhood professionals and holds the highest standards of quality. NAEYC began in 1926 and is a nationally recognized voluntary program that has set professional standards for early childhood programs and helps families identify quality programs for their children.
Community Child Care Center maintains a holistic view towards child development with an emphasis on the development of social-emotional and school readiness skills in children. Teachers consider each child's individual needs when planning curriculum and classroom experiences to meet that child's needs.
