This is the worst auto parts in the area. You call and ask for the part; they tell you it will be ready in one hour. Arrive and they end up saying they don’t have it. They have done this to us three times. What a waste of time with this sale representative. And Dan the owner is never available. That is the name the front desk gave me. I seriously don’t believe that is the owners name.

I was in a four-car crash with my two girls last night and our car was totaled. We were on our way home from MI to our home in St. Louis and, after towing our car, Greg from Anderson’s Towing was kind enough to drive us to a nearby car rental place before it closed. He waited with us until we were able to get a car so we wouldn’t be stranded there. I have known these boys and their families forever. I knew their Dad and their Grandfather that started the business when Shorewood was a quiet little fishing town. This family has always treated people with respect and are very friendly. They will take care of your every need and go the distance to help you. My wife recently bent her rim and destroyed her tire. I went in just expecting to replace the rim, but not only did they get me the right rim, they got me a new tire, mounted it to the rim, balanced it, and replaced it on my vehicle with no charge for labor. They saved me so much time and money! In my opinion went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Nothing more than a bunch of criminals. My teenage son and his friends were In a bad accident. They had to be taken away in an ambulance and the car was towed. Due to their injuries they were unable to get their personal items out of the car. We went to the business the next day and the items were gone. The employees denied taking them. When we said we would have the police investigate, they laughed at us. One star because you don't offer negative star options. I called on a Friday to verify if they had a spare tire lift. I was very specific about my vehicle. I was told "we have one on the shelf." So I paid for it up front. Come Saturday morning I drive out to pick up my part. Which according to them the cannot find on the shelf. The counterperson disappeared for 20 minutes. When he returned he said he couldn't find it and would send someone to the yard to locate another. Well, an hour later the yard guy returns with my old part and one that was in their opinion CLOSE.
