Thanks to Theresa and her team, we sold our home at asking pricing in two days! She transformed our three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo into a contemporary loft-like space straight out of Architectural Digest. We almost didn't want to sell! Theresa masterfully incorporated our furniture with hers. Her finishing touches included accessories like artwork, plants, and linens to elevate the space, eliciting positive feedback from would-be buyers.

Theresa did an amazing job staging our recently renovated home. I was beyond impressed with the way that she brought everything together and really gave the house a modern, contemporary feel. Theresa was fantastic! In one visit she gave me lots of pointers - how to arrange things, where to place furniture, pictures and decorations. It looked so great I almost didn't want to sell it. I listed my home in April 2019, it was rated as a "Hot Home" on Trulia. We had 37 showings with multiple offers the FIRST weekend. Contract signed for more than asking price. She is worth the time/effort, get more for your house now!

Before working with Home Staging, we had tried to sell our house for almost 5 months with no success. Theresa and her crew came in and brought my house to LIFE! She was kind, professional and really added every touch needed to make our house a home. We listed our home (again) on a Thursday and had a full offer by Saturday! I called Stage Right last minute on a Thursday afternoon to inquire about staging a property we rehabbed and wanted on the market by the weekend. Theresa and her staff pulled some strings and worked with my last minute schedule. The furnishings were exactly what I was looking for, and the staff were professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again!
