Let us help you make the best first impression when marketing your home for sale or rent. Home staging is a quick way to turn a vacant home into a welcoming and cozy haven that your prospective buyers can envision themselves in. We can stage the full house or just the rooms you prefer. This includes furniture, art, accessories, curtains, and our magic touch.
Our first step is to visit the property to do a thorough walkthrough of every room. Within 48 hours, we generally are able to provide a staging proposal, which includes our staging suggestions, a room-by-room breakdown, and pricing. The final pricing includes up to 90 days of rental. If you should need to go longer than 90 days you will find a month-to-month renewal price listed in our staging proposal as well.

I've rehabbed over 100 single family properties. We used to do our own staging but got tired of moving stuff in and out and storing items. We have been very very happy with SunFlower Creations. First off, their staging made ours look incredibly amateurish. Art on the walls, lots of cool display items. Very stylish furnishings. Honestly, their staging helps our houses sell fast. They really transform our properties from being very nice to being very special.

Ali and her team worked wonders on my house. It was on the market for a while and they were able to breathe new life into it again.
