I purchased a motorcycle from WoW while in California, 2019 Kawasaki Z900 cafe. The transaction went smoothly. Bike arrived via haul bikes. Now registered in California. Price was fair, better than what I could find anywhere in the US. Given Covid and all one needs to be patient because delivery may take time and that’s not the dealership’s fault.

I ordered a part for my motorcycle because they "Had it in their warehouse and can have it in the store in 4-6 days" 3 months later I still have not received my part. Anytime I call to ask about when I can expect it or what's going on they put me on hold immediately for at least 10 minutes. Then they'll pick up, say sorry please hold again and I'll wait at least another 5-10 minutes. They finally received the part and I was fed up and didn't want to drive for two hours for it so I asked them to ship it. Another month later still part

Bad experience. I was told by multiple people not to come here but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt I was wrong they have my bike since April 7th 2020 I just picked it up after they did not touch it for almost 3 weeks and once I told them I wanted my bike back they wanted me to pay a fee after I already paid 120 for them to look at it which they didn’t even do and the lady and man where very disrespectful but trust me I wasn’t the one just save yourself the headache and don’t go here

Don't ever take anything to these people. They will tell you 2 days for an oil change and 2 months later you will need to call the police to have them come and help you get your property back with no oil change. They also broke my 4 wheeler when I brought it in for service. I also keep my stuff in the garage and specifically asked if they would be keeping my golf cart inside or outside. They assured me inside. Nope it's been sitting outside for 2 months. Don't ever bring anything to these people or I guarantee you will regret it. I should add that I called at least five times

Glad I checked them out. My old dealer in joliet is gone and so I had to find a new place for service. Got a oil change and new tire installed and had a great time talking about bikes with these guys while I waited. They had a few cool blasts from the past in there that brought back a lot of great memories. Will be back for sure!!

Jason, Tom, and Cody were great!!!! I met Jason a while back and I shared that I might be in the market for a newer bike later down the line so he gave me his card with his direct number for whenever I was ready. I called Jason a few days ago and he told me about a special limited time offer on the new 2019 models. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received here at wizards of wheels. Tom and Cody were very patient with me as I was looking for the right bike. They answered all my questions even though some questions were repeated lol. Tom did an awesome job getting me the deal I was looking for. And I'm very happy with the bike I chose. These folks were very helpful, informative and friendly. I had them order a front tire for me, it was there the next morning. Unfortunately I gave them the wrong bike info and it was the wrong one. No problem!! They reordered the proper tire and I'll be in there again Monday I'm sure. Not a total loss, got my bike checked, oil change and clutch adjusted along with some good info. All this as I waited maybe a little over an hour.

Not many motorcycle dealerships left anymore . These guys deliver a solid good deal! They have been around for a really long time and know their stuff. I go all around the country on my bike and its cause these guys keep my ride in tip top condition! Over 38000 miles about time for a new one!!! Keep on riding , cheaper than therapy. Have a good one!

This review is based on my experience with them, from bringing in my Suzuki GS 550L motorcycle for repair in 2010. Yes, I'm aware of that this was five years ago, but it still happened. I had a small fuel leak (about 10-15 drips per day) and brought to Wizard of Wheels for repair. They kept the bike for several weeks without me hearing back from them. After calling a few times, they told me that they replaced a fuel line. I remember it being a bit over $100. When I went to pick it up, the bike was still leaking. They said that it must have been something else.... Really! They still

Worst service I ever received! Brought in my Roketa 250 to have carb cleaned,was running ,(dying at stops)with brand new battery when dropped off.A week and $208 later was told the brakes were bad and he couldn't do any work on it because he couldn't figure out where to get JCL parts.WHAT?
If the carb was cleaned like Tom said it was when you removed the plastic panel to get to it you would have seen the metal ID tag that said it was a ROKETA MC54B! Which has a linhai motor that is manufactured by YAMAHA. You are listed as a licensed YAMAHA AND KAWASAKI dealer....

Terrible!!!! They take forever if you order parts or accessories. They lie about the status of your orders. No one there seems to know what each other is doing. The person they tell you to talk to is NEVER there. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. The thought of this place makes me want to puke. Don't ever go there for anything! I took my bike here to have it fixed after my buddy dropped it. It took them almost a year to get it done!!!! I had to tell them I'll ride it smashed up then let them have it that long.
