I spoke with Mona and then met with her at our home. I was concerned that our house, with a zero lot would be tough to sell. Mona and team made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't, like including professional staging in the package, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. We were very pleased with the listing.

We are so happy Mona was on our side when buying our house. She is very patient, organized and helpful. She explained us all the ins and outs of the process of buying a house. When we were making the offer for our house she advised us wisely; not only about price, but also terms. Mona was great. She new what we were looking for and showed us several properties that fit our criteria. We finally found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood and she helped us negotiate a very reasonable price.
Alas, after only a few years, due to personal circumstances, we had to sell. We knew exactly who to turn to and Mona helped us once again. If only we had listened to her advice, we would likely have sold for a higher price and likely more quickly.

We had roughly 2 weeks to find a home to buy in order to close before we had to move out of our current house. We were able to find something in our price range and to our specific preferences in 10 days. Their searchable website is very good for filtering results and finding homes to look at and they were very accommodating to our needs for looking. Mona also walked us through the buying process and reviewed all of the documentation with us to ensure we understood everything and were not surprised.
