Sounds like very good people working there. I applied for Local driving position . Safety person Tiffany was so nice and I talked to another person Jay very polite. I don't know those people even mentioning their name and complaining about? Crying babies get diaper and sit home if you don't wanna work

Lack of management, it pretends that it has been open for 10 years yet they have no logistics experience. Possibly opened yesterday than years ago. Drivers are overpaid while employees are kids tending to adult tasks. Also, there is high discrimination towards anyone not turkish which is a downfall to its growth. Invest in a corporation not a family support business..

KZY pays very well. The staff is okay. The reason I no longer wanted to stay was because the owner was unfair towards me and kept thinking the worst about everything I say. He also gave me a hard time about trivial matters. I felt antagonized and unwanted so I left.

The owners Olgun and Mithat pay their drivers late. I was paid late most of the time I worked there. There was even one paycheck I got 5 weeks late! Sometimes drivers wait the whole days in their waiting room, only to find their paycheck is not ready. I don't even think that is legal. Apparently, it takes this company a very long time to do basic math. Some drivers could not pay utilities and bills on time because they couldn't get their money on time. Careless, disrespectful company.

As a broker .. we have been loading KZY for years. They are a phenomenal carrier to work with and would recommend them to anyone. Never have worries when they are hauling a load for me. Most importantly they communicate... We always get notifications and pictures of the BOL's when loaded .. get updates everyday with no issues. When they are on a load .. I know It's a load I don't have to worry about from start to finish. I interact with Eve and Christian the most and they are just a part of tremendous office team.

“We’ll Have you in a Truck in a Few days”
“We’ll reimburse you”
Condescending, Misleading, Unprofessional, and Dishonest!
Nothing more than a office full of Foreigners who came here to oppress and exploit minorities , While providing unique privileges to employees from their homeland (Turkey)
Also if they call you and While speaking to you. They constantly refer to you as “My Brother” “My Friend”
Note , THIS IS A RED FLAG!

I have been working with KZY since 11 years and am so happy to be a part of this operation. I recommend everyone to work here. They got new trucks and they always have loads to go. Also they pay on time always.

I’ve had worked with multiple companies and never been happy with the most important thing which is the pay at the end of the day until I have started working with KZY Logistics. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. Very professional staff I’m working with. Pay is good and always on time. When I always come back to the base, they are always like family. And good food on Friday’s. Don’t miss out.
