All people entering the gym will be required to wash hands. Athletes will have their temperature checked upon arriving at gym. All events will have a disinfecting station with hand sanitizer, disinfecting sprays and hand wipes. Athletes will be reminded and encouraged to maintain safe distance during practice and while in the lobby.

Denton Gymnastics Academy offers the only Elite gymnastics training program in Denton County and provides expert training to area girls from preschoolers through International Elite competitors, with the goals of providing area girls with an outlet for fitness, fun and opportunities to excel in the sport.
At Denton Gymnastics Academy, we work hard and we play hard. And when we party, it's a non-stop adventure of games and activities that keep boys and girls entertained with minimal stress for mom and dad. A 90 minute party for up to 20 children, led by one of our awesome coaches, is $150 and includes everything but food and drinks.

There is no limit to the many sports and activities available to children in our area. So why should you consider gymnastics for your daughter? This gym has been a godsend to my daughter. She moved to DGA about 2.5 years ago and loves it! It’s very family-oriented, and she really feels at home there. The coaches are experienced and knowledgeable and are just the right mix of caring and firm, and my daughter’s gymnastics has greatly improved as a result. She’s happier than she’s ever been and has gained so much confidence. We are thankful we found DGA.

This place does not know how to deal with smaller children! My daughter was a gymnast there for two-and-a-half 3 years and as she moved up they got more stringent and then once she made the competitive team, they started screaming and yelling at her as well as her teammates! They would make the girls cry on a daily basis! Keep in mind these are 4, 5, 6 and 7 year old children who are coming to learn gymnastics to have fun and get into the sport! The coaches and the owners on a daily basis would disregard complaints from the team parents and continue to disrespect the children and expect them to

We’ve been at DGA since last July and absolutely love it there! My 2 girls love the coaching by Rodica, Aurel and Sorin - it’s a tough sport and good coaches are so important in this game. Not only are they good coaches but they really care about their athletes (aka, their family). My girls will tell you - they never want to leave DGA and that makes a mom happy!

Our daughter has been at DGA for 6 years, and we couldn't ask for a better group of coaches, teammates and gym family. We moved from a gym in Frisco when our daughter decided she wanted to enter a two-a-day program and do gymnastics full-time. The coaches at DGA took her to the next level and she has experienced much success; owed in large part to Rodica, Aurel and Sorin Lazar. I would recommend Denton Gymnastics to any and all parents looking for a gym, no matter what experience level their child is at.

Our experience at this gym was awful. My 7 yr old daughter enjoyed the sport, but the coaches ruined it for her. One coach in particular. Some of the complaints about this coach were that he would spank the girls bottoms, step on their backs, and threaten that he was going to shave their heads bald. The spanking made my daughter very uncomfortable. When I complained to the owner, he told me he removed him from working with the younger children. My daughter reported that when one of the female coaches explained to the kids why he wouldn't be training them, she told them "Some people just don't know

I highly recommend Denton Gymnastics Academy! My daughter began their recreation class when she was 5. She is now 7 competing level 4 and training TOPS. DGA has become her favorite place to be and she loves ALL the team coaches. Gymnastics is a highly competitive sport and DGA coaches know how to prepare team girls for success at their competitions.
