Sensei, Deshi and the entire staff at 5 Dragons have been helpful in accommodating my kids needs, and we have all learned discipline and respect, while getting fit from the 5 Dragons' staff. Best decision I made this month was signing up for kickboxing classes at 5 dragons. I was having difficulty finding fitness activities that I could get in shape with AND have fun.

Our son has been going here for two years now. The instructors are great with kids and provide a fun way to teach strength, leadership, confidence, skill building, and so much more. They’re always willing to be flexible and find what works best for each child and family. Really glad we found this place and they’ve become a strong part of our community.

After my son's Taekwondo School closed, we went looking for a new place to go. Little did we know, 5 years ago, that we would end up at 5 Dragons and learning a new martial art. He earned his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo just before his old school closed. My son willingly put on a white belt for the first time in 9 years. At 5 Dragons I have watched him grow so much as a young man and now teacher. He was embraced with open arms and now is a Black Belt in Karate. Martial Arts has given him manners, respect, responsibility, discipline...etc I could go on and on. He has learned that young kids

Sensi Rick and his team at 5 dragons have made a very positive contribution to my sons’ development, in particular their confidence in public speaking. When I first considered martial arts for my sons, I did not expect there to be such a holistic approach to their development through the vehicle of karate but, this is exactly what 5 dragons offers. My sons look up to the instructors in 5 dragons and in them they have very strong role models. Wouldn’t recommend it highly enough.

We joined 5D about a year ago & it was the best decision we could have made for our son. Sensei worked closely with us to create a home/school connection where our son quickly learned that he had a community outside of home that supports, pushes, & nurtures his needs. We are grateful to all of the instructors at 5D!!!

5 Dragons is the BEST! My boys and I have been taking Karate there for over a year now and we love it! The Instructors are great with students of all ages and abilities. You learn a lot and get a great workout too. Everyone there is so friendly and I look forward to every class. This is the best shape I have been in for years and I can see my sons get stronger and faster. Thank you Sensei Rick and staff!

This was the best decision we have made for my step son. We have been going for a little over a year now. The strides we have made with his behavior, Communication, and his self esteem amaze me. The instructors are all so good with the kids. They take the time to spend with the kids, building them up. They say it takes a village to raise your kids and 5 Dragons are a huge part of our village.

My son started going here just a few months ago and absolutely loves it. The teachers are wonderful with the students and sensei works so well with each and every kid. My son looks forward to going to both of his classes every week. They keep the dojo very clean and always have the kids working towards being better. Treat others as you want to be treated, communication and respect are 3 of the main things they instill at the beginning of every class and through out. I highly recommend this dojo if you’re looking for a great place to bring your child or children to learn self discipline and build
