Our specialty is providing strategic services for how you work, operate, and grow. We think this is important because IT is about people, not computers. Precision IT Consulting was founded in 2006, and we currently have 15 full-time employees. We primarily work with clients that have no internal IT staff and have anywhere from 10 - 200 employees.
With the departure of a long-time IT manager to retirement and the inconsistency of various outsourced IT consultants the Agency hired, an East Bay Local Government Agency needed to improve the IT support it was offering its staff.
This Agency also has an internal Police Department that has strict security guidelines on how its technical infrastructure is set up and they were not confident the previous IT vendors could ensure they remained compliant with Federal Government regulations.The Agency was also behind in a lot of there technology and had several systems with Operating Systems that were near the end of life of support with Microsoft.

Precision IT Consulting provides San Francisco IT Support for a leading research firm in San Francisco, Learning for Action. Learning for Action reached out to Precision IT Consulting because the lead Operations Manager who oversaw Information Technology was leaving the company and they were not happy with there current Managed IT Service provider.

Great professional staff and services -- the Precision IT team go above & beyond to make sure our business runs smoothly! When the company's email system shut down unexpectedly (due to the incompetence of the web hosting company) Precision stayed on top of the situation (around the clock!) and not only got it back up and running, but continually monitored the situation afterwards and put safeguards in place to prevent it from happening it again. Many of our staff, (self-included!) work odd hours, off-site & on weekends. When problems arise, we can count on someone answering the phone for help to

Being involved with a large telecom company, I have utilized Precision IT and their consulting staff for a number of projects throughout the Delta Valley. Can't say enough about Kyle and the professional techs at Precision IT. I've worked with them on a couple of projects now and they always have the IT stuff nailed down. I always recommend them to anyone that needs IT support. The thing the impresses me the most is that they not only know WHAT needs to be done, but they know WHY it needs to be done and can explain those reasons in clear, easy to understand terms. They are also excellent and identifying potential problems before they occur and taking steps to prevent them. They make IT simple and reliable.
