Extremely poor service and care. Lack of communication. Took over 2 weeks for my mother to be cremated and ashes to the Cemetery for burial. Requested updates and either never responded or given information that was wrong. Found out after given recommendation that this is no longer a family business but bought out by a corporation. Explains lack of caring.

I want to thank the staff of Bermudez Family Funerals for their tender, loving care in the handling of my son, Steven Carl Long. Their support was absolutely AMAZING down to the smallest detail. While making final arrangements for your loved one is difficult, they walk beside you every step of the way. I am especially grateful to Ron Sieby for going above and beyond the call of duty to help us. You truly put the "personal" in personalized service. Your efforts will NEVER be forgotten!!!
